Decisely application integrates with ADP to synchronize employee demographics and payroll deductions data. Demographic data changes that originate in ADP are imported into Decisely once an hour. Deduction changes from Decisely are sent to ADP in real time.

How we use AI
- Decisely licenses an OpenAI Chat API product to support customer service chat. We have created a custom assistant to train the GPT. Our assistant has our user guide and access to specific employees’ benefit elections via an API.
We do not use OpenAI to make plan recommendations or support employers with HR advice and we do not currently use machine learning to enhance our Assistant.
We have a record of all OpenAI chat conversations, and we review them daily for accuracy.
We have created an automated Assistant testing feature within our platform. We create tests out of customer questions with expected results. When an Assistant is updated, we run the tests and verify the output matches the expected output in the test.
